Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS priority, FedEx or UPS to arrive at your door within 2-3 days of shipment.  We only ship Monday - Wednesday to avoid having your precious cargo sitting around in an old dusty warehouse, or melting in a hot truck.  USPS Express Next Day Mail is available starting at $25 and up.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information if applicable, as soon as your order ships.  Please be sure to be available for delivery of your order or provide a shipping address at which you will be available.  Items should not be left outdoors in any weather. 

Turn-around time will depend upon the size of your order, so please contact me with any time-line questions. 

Once an order ships, it is out of my hands.  As a result, Master Creative Designs is not responsible for lost, damaged or melted packages/products. 

Please note, the products sold are of a delicate and fragile nature.  Great care and effort is put into packaging your order; however damage may occasionally occur during transit.

During hot weather months, we will include ice blackets with your order.  The shipping fee will be higher to include as many ice blankets necessary to attempt to keep your order from melting.  We add at least 1 ice blanket per box, depending on the size of the order and estimated shipping time.

Please note, water bottles for Splashbands are not shipped and must be picked up, or some other means as appropriate. If you live outside of the Sioux Falls area, please contact me directly so arrangements can be made.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee anything once it leaves our hands.  But if you don't get what you ordered or is not what you expected, just let us know, and we will work with you.  Although we cannot be held responsible for what happens to packages after it is delivered to the shipping company, we will work with you if a package arrives extremely damaged.  We try and pack our packages as carefully and with as much padding as possible, without adding excessive weight to the shipping cost.

In Summer time, we include ice blankets, but that still does not guarantee 100% there won't be some melting.  Our summer shipping costs are higher due to the ice blanket's included and their added weight.  If we find we have overcharged you for shipping, we will refund you the excess amount.

We really appreciate every order and we dedicate time and care in creating each one.  Feel free to share your pictures and comments on our Facebook wall.  If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, let us know right away.  We do our best to make everyone happy.  We strive for satisfaction!  We want you to love your purchase and want to work with you until you are satisified!
